Connector for CWC/MC and BDF/MC mounting systems

This connector, catalog number 858022, is designed to connect CWC...MC profiles with BDF...MC profiles, especially in situations where the standard mounting holes in the profiles do not match the required arrangement. It is a key element in the construction of stable and safe supporting structures, e.g., for photovoltaic installations.

Made of S350GD steel with a Magnelis®, MagiZinc® or PosMAC coating, it guarantees exceptional corrosion resistance – even in harsh weather conditions. The 3.0 mm sheet thickness ensures connection strength and stability. Thanks to the longitudinal perforation, it allows for precise adjustment of the element's position during assembly, eliminating the need for additional drilling.

Installation and application:

This connector significantly facilitates and speeds up the installation process. It allows connecting profiles without the need to drill additional holes, which translates to time savings and reduced risk of damage to the profiles. 3 sets of SGKFM10x20PV screws are required for proper installation. Please note that orders for photovoltaic farms with a capacity of ≥0.5 MW are fulfilled in bulk packaging.
