BDFCH100/3.2NMC profile is a structural element designed to set the tilt angle of freestanding structures, primarily in photovoltaic installations. Made of S350GD steel, coated with one of the anti-corrosion coatings – Magnelis®, MagiZinc® or PosMAC – it provides long-lasting protection against the effects of atmospheric factors.

This profile, 100 mm wide and 3.2 meters long, made of 2.0 mm thick sheet metal, is characterized by a well-thought-out design. This makes the installation of photovoltaic panels more flexible and efficient. It is particularly worth paying attention to a few key features:

• Versatile mounting: The extended perforation in the upper shelf allows mounting panels of various sizes without the need to drill additional holes in the profile. This saves time and minimizes the risk of material damage.
• Tilt angle adjustment: The dense and enlarged perforation on the side enables precise adjustment of the structure in the range of angles from 20 to 30 degrees, optimizing the efficiency of the photovoltaic installation depending on the location and season.
• Structural stability: Perforation in the lower shelf allows direct screwing of reinforcing profiles, strengthening the entire structure without the need for additional connecting elements.
• Corrosion resistance: The use of Magnelis®, MagiZinc® or PosMAC coatings guarantees exceptionally high corrosion resistance, which translates into longer life and lower operating costs.

For proper installation of the BDFCH100/3.2NMC profile, it is recommended to use SGKFM10x20PV screws in combination with PW10F washers. Please note that orders for photovoltaic farms with a capacity of more than 0.5 MW are fulfilled in bulk packaging.
