BDFCH120/3.6NMC profile is a structural element designed for creating stable and durable freestanding structures, especially in photovoltaic installations. Made of S350GD steel with a Magnelis®, MagiZinc® or PosMAC coating, it provides high corrosion resistance and resistance to adverse weather conditions. A sheet thickness of 2.0 mm guarantees adequate strength and rigidity of the entire structure.

Construction and assembly

The profile is characterized by a well-thought-out design that simplifies and speeds up assembly. Extended perforation in the top flange allows mounting panels of various sizes without the need for additional drilling – this saves time and minimizes the risk of damage to the profile. Additionally, offset holes combined with the extended flange facilitate access with a socket wrench or screwdriver during assembly with CWC100H50 channels. Dense perforation on the side of the profile increases its functionality, and perforation in the bottom flange allows direct screwing of bracing profiles without the need for additional connecting elements.
