This angle-adjusting profile for freestanding structures is a key element of a photovoltaic system, ensuring the durability and efficiency of the installation. The BDFCH120/4.4NMC profile is designed for mounting photovoltaic panels, offering flexibility and convenience during installation.

Construction and functionality

The profile is characterized by a well-thought-out design that significantly facilitates and speeds up installation. The extended perforation in the upper shelf eliminates the need to drill additional holes when mounting panels of different sizes. This saves time and minimizes the risk of damage to components. Additionally, the offset of the holes in the upper shelf allows convenient access with a socket wrench or screwdriver from below, increasing the installer's comfort. Dense perforation on the side allows mounting the structure at various tilt angles (20-35 degrees), and perforation in the lower shelf allows direct screwing of reinforcing profiles without the need for additional connecting elements.

Material and protection

S350GD steel with Magnelis®, MagiZinc® or PosMAC coating guarantees long-term protection against corrosion. These advanced coatings provide exceptional resistance to atmospheric factors such as moisture, UV radiation and temperature changes. Thanks to this, the profile retains its properties for a long time, minimizing maintenance and replacement costs. The profile width is 120 mm, and the length is 4.4 meters – dimensions adapted to typical applications in photovoltaic installations. SGKFM10x20PV + PW10F screws are recommended for mounting.
