BDFCH120/4.8NMC profile is a steel profile used to set the angle of inclination of freestanding structures. Construction and assembly

The profile with a width of 120 mm and a length of 4.8 meters is characterized by a sheet thickness of 2.0 mm. It is particularly worth noting the well-thought-out design of the BDF…H120 profiles – the extended perforation in the top flange eliminates the need to drill additional holes during the installation of panels with different dimensions. This saves time and increases the precision of work. Additionally, the shifted holes allow convenient access with a socket wrench or screwdriver from below, which significantly speeds up assembly with CWC100H50 channels.

The dense and enlarged perforation on the side of the profiles and the perforation in the bottom flange provide additional possibilities for mounting structural elements without the need for additional accessories. This simplifies the construction process and reduces costs. It is recommended to use SGKFM10x20PV + PW10F screws for assembly.
