RU40x1.5/3F pipe is a reliable solution for routing and protecting electrical cables and wires against mechanical damage. Manufactured from hot-dip galvanized steel, it complies with the requirements of standard PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02, ensuring durability and corrosion resistance. This component is part of the E90 system, guaranteeing continued operation of building equipment for at least 90 minutes in the event of a fire – critical for fire alarm systems, notification systems, and emergency lighting.

Design and application

The pipe has an outer diameter of 40 mm and a wall thickness of 1.5 mm; it is seamless, providing enhanced mechanical strength. Its hot-dip galvanized finish ensures excellent protection against atmospheric conditions and corrosion. Pipes made from stainless steel or painted in any RAL color are available upon request, allowing customization to specific project requirements. For connecting RU...F pipes, LRU...F fittings are recommended.

Safety and compliance with standards

The E90 system, in which this pipe is used, complies with standard DIN 4102-12. This means that installations made with these components ensure continuous operation of critical fire safety systems for a minimum of 90 minutes – the time necessary for evacuation and emergency response.
