Electrical conduit for cable protection

The thin-walled RU50x1,5/3F conduit is an element of electrical installation systems, designed to route and protect cables and wires against mechanical damage. Manufactured from steel with an outer surface protected by hot-dip galvanizing, it ensures durability and corrosion resistance. This solution is ideal for both surface-mounted and recessed installations.

This conduit has an outer diameter of 50 mm and is produced seamless, enhancing its strength and tightness. As a result, it guarantees safe and reliable operation of electrical installations under various conditions.

Safety and functionality

This conduit model complies with the E90 fire resistance performance requirement according to DIN 4102-12. This means that in the event of a fire, the conduit will maintain its functionality for at least 90 minutes, protecting critical circuits such as fire alarm systems, emergency signaling, and evacuation lighting—essential for ensuring the safety of people and property in buildings.

Additionally, steel hot-dip galvanized (in accordance with PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02) ensures high corrosion resistance, extending the service life of the installation. Upon request, the conduit can be manufactured from stainless steel or coated with a paint finish in a selected RAL color.

Installation and compatibility

For connecting RU...F conduits, it is recommended to use dedicated LRU...F fittings, ensuring leak-tight and durable connections. The conduit is compatible with a wide range of electrical installation accessories, facilitating the design and implementation of diverse solutions. The weight of one meter of conduit is approximately 1.79 kg.
