Automatic condensate drain – reliable moisture removal from the system
Bekomat 20 FM is an automatic condensate drain designed for efficient removal of condensate from compressed air systems. The device ensures continuous and reliable operation, minimizing the risk of corrosion and damage to system components. It works well in applications with oily and non-oily condensate, making it a universal solution for a wide range of industrial applications.
Construction and operating principle
The Bekomat 20 FM condensate drain uses the principle of pressure difference to automatically drain condensate. A built-in filter protects against contaminants entering the system, and the ability to connect to different types of pipes (G1/2" and G3/4") simplifies installation and integration with existing infrastructure. The device is designed to operate in systems with a pressure of 0.8 to 16 bar, which guarantees its stable operation in various operating conditions.
Worth knowing: Automating the condensate removal process saves time and costs associated with manual emptying of tanks, and also increases the efficiency of the entire pneumatic system.
- Provides effective condensate drainage even in heavily used installations thanks to a compressor capacity of 4.0 m³/min, which translates to maintaining optimal performance of the pneumatic system.
- Guarantees high quality of purified air and protects sensitive installation elements thanks to a maximum filter capacity of 40.0 m³/min.
- Solid construction and high-quality materials ensure long-lasting and trouble-free operation of the device, minimizing the risk of downtime.
- The possibility of using both with oily and non-oily condensate increases the flexibility of use in various industrial environments.
- Allows adaptation of the device to various configurations of pneumatic installations thanks to a wide range of working pressures (from 0.8 to 16 bar).
