BEKOMAT12 is a comprehensive solution for automatic condensate drainage in pneumatic installations. The kit, consisting of a condensate drain, heater and thermal insulation, ensures effective and maintenance-free removal of condensate, while also protecting installation elements from corrosion and damage. The device is particularly recommended for use with oily condensate, where standard methods may be insufficient.

Construction and application

BEKOMAT12 is designed to work with compressed air systems with a capacity of up to 30 m³/min. Thanks to two condensate connections (2xG1/2"), it can be easily integrated with existing infrastructure. An efficient filter with a capacity of up to 300 m³/min ensures effective air purification before it reaches the receivers. The device operates within a wide pressure range – from 0.8 to 16 bar – making it a universal solution for various industrial applications. The heater prevents condensate from freezing at low temperatures, and the thermal insulation minimizes heat loss and saves energy.
