Control cable BiT 1000 (St) FR 10G1,0 0.6/1kV BS1001
Control cable for demanding applications
The BiT 1000 (St) FR 10G1 control cable is a reliable solution for transmitting control and power signals in industrial installations, public buildings and other facilities where high resistance to external factors is required. Designed to operate at 0.6/1kV, it features a solid construction and high quality workmanship.
This cable has been designed with ease of installation and safe operation in mind. Its flexible construction with multi-strand copper conductors class 5 makes it easy to route in tight spaces and provides resistance to mechanical fatigue. The foil screen minimizes electromagnetic interference, guaranteeing stable signal transmission. In addition, the presence of a protective conductor increases safety.
Construction and parameters
The BiT 1000 (St) FR 10G1 cable consists of 10 conductors with a cross-section of 1 mm², insulated with polyvinyl chloride (PVC). The conductors are identified by colors and numbers, making them easy to distinguish during installation. The outer sheath, also made of PVC, provides protection against mechanical damage, moisture and oils. This makes the cable perform well in harsh environmental conditions.
The cable is characterized by a rated voltage of 1000 V / 600 V and a conductor cross-section of 1 mm². It has 10 conductors made of copper, insulated with PVC. A foil screen and an external PVC sheath provide additional protection. The reaction to fire class is Eca, and the permissible operating temperature is from -40°C to +80°C. The minimum bending radius for fixed installation is 90 mm, and for mobile installation – 180 mm.
The cable is resistant to oils, making it an ideal choice for applications in industrial environments. It meets the requirements of IEC 60332-1-2 standard regarding fire resistance. It is worth remembering this when designing electrical installations in places with increased fire risk.
