The BiTservo UV 2XSLCHK-J cable is an advanced solution designed to power motors using frequency inverters. The cable is designed for demanding industrial applications where reliability, resistance to interference, and safety are critical. The cable construction ensures full electromagnetic compatibility, which is particularly important in drive control systems.
Construction and Properties
The cable is distinguished by carefully selected materials and advanced construction. Made of copper conductors with a cross-section of 10 mm², insulated with polyolefin, it provides efficient current conduction. Shielding in the form of foil and braiding effectively suppresses electromagnetic interference, protecting sensitive electronic circuits of frequency inverters and motors. Additionally, the cable has a protective conductor, which increases safety.
It is worth noting the use of halogen-free materials, meeting the standards IEC 60754-2 and IEC 61034-2 – this guarantees low toxicity of fumes in the event of a fire and reduces smoke emissions. The cable also meets the requirements for fire resistance according to IEC 60332-1-2 and IEC 60332-3-22 (cat. A).

The minimum bending radius is 7.5 x outer diameter for cables with a diameter below 20 mm and 10 x outer diameter for cables with a diameter above 20 mm – this makes it easier to lay the cable even in tight spaces. The permissible ambient temperature during operation ranges from -40°C to +90°C, which ensures a wide range of applications.
