Power cable for BiTservo frequency inverters UV 2XSLCHK-J

This shielded, flexible power cable is designed to connect motors to frequency inverters. It is suitable for both indoor and outdoor installations, including direct burial in the ground. The cable construction ensures reliable operation and safety in demanding conditions.

Construction and properties

The BiTservo UV 2XSLCHK-J cable is characterized by a 4G6 mm² construction, which means four conductors with a cross-section of 6 mm². Made of copper, the flexible strands class 5 provide easy installation and resistance to repeated bending. The conductors are insulated with polyolefin, and the entire cable has double shielding – aluminum foil and a braid of tinned copper wires – which minimizes electromagnetic interference and ensures stable energy transmission. Additionally, the cable has a yellow-green protective conductor for increased safety.

It is worth noting the materials used – the cable is made of halogen-free materials (LSZH), which means that in the event of a fire, it releases a minimal amount of toxic gases. It also meets standards regarding low smoke emission and the absence of burning droplets, which increases the fire safety of the installation. UV resistance allows it to be used in outdoor installations without fear of material degradation.

Conductor resistance at 20°C is 3.3 Ω/km. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 16 mm. The reaction to fire class is Dca s1b d2 a1 according to EN 13501-6.
