The conductors are insulated with polyvinyl chloride (PVC), and the entire cable is covered with an outer sheath of the same material, providing additional mechanical and chemical protection. Additionally, the cable includes a foil shield that minimizes electromagnetic interference. The inclusion of an earth conductor enhances user safety.
The BiT 500 cable is designed for operation at temperatures ranging from -40°C to +80°C in fixed installations, and from -5°C to +80°C in mobile installations. The minimum bending radius is 106 mm for mobile installations and 53 mm for fixed installations, facilitating installation even in confined spaces. The rated voltage U is 500 V, and U0 is 300 V.
