Construction and user parameters

The BiT 500 BLACK cable is characterized by a multi-core construction with seven copper conductors with a cross-section of 2.5 mm². These conductors are made in class 5 (according to EN 60228, IEC 60228), which ensures their proper flexibility and mechanical strength. The cable is designed to operate at a rated voltage of 300/500V. The minimum bending radius for mobile connections is 7.5 x cable diameter, and for fixed connections – 4 x diameter.

Applications and operating conditions

This control cable is perfect for industrial installations, technological lines and machines operating in dry and humid environments. It can be used for both fixed installations and mobile connections. The operating temperature range is from -40°C to +80°C for fixed installations and from -5°C to +80°C for mobile installations. The cable has properties that limit the spread of flames on a single cable. This means it meets safety requirements and can be used in various industrial environments.
