Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a construction based on 10 pairs of cores, each consisting of two conductors with a cross-section of 1.5 mm². The cores are made of copper, which guarantees excellent electrical conductivity. PVC insulation and an external PVC coating provide protection against mechanical damage and environmental factors. Additionally, the cable is oil-resistant (according to IEC 60811-404), making it an ideal choice for industrial environments. The cores are numbered, which facilitates identification during installation and servicing.

Safety and compliance with standards

Safety is a priority – this cable meets the requirements for flame retardancy (IEC 60332-1-2 and IEC 60332-3-24 cat. C). It does not contain halogens (according to IEC 60754-2), which minimizes the risk of generating toxic gases during a fire. The reaction to fire class is Fca, which means a limited contribution to fire development. The cable is designed to operate at temperatures from -40°C to +80°C. The minimum bending radius during installation of movable cables is 196 mm, and in fixed installations – 98 mm. The conductor resistance at 20°C is 13.3 Ω/km.
