BiT 500 BLACK OR 12x0.75 control cable is a reliable solution for internal and external installations, as well as for laying in the ground. The cable is designed for a wide range of applications – from industrial automation to commercial and residential construction. Construction and properties

The cable consists of 12 copper cores with a cross-section of 0.75 mm², insulated with polyvinyl chloride (PVC). The cores are numbered for easy identification, which facilitates installation and servicing. Additionally, the cable has a protective earth core, increasing the level of safety. The outer PVC coating provides resistance to mechanical damage and atmospheric factors. It is worth noting that the cable is oil-resistant (according to IEC 60811-404), making it an ideal choice for industrial environments exposed to contact with oils and lubricants. Flame retardancy according to IEC 60332-1-2 and IEC 60332-3-24 (cat. C) further increases the safety of the installation.

This flexible control cable with a rated voltage of 500 V (300/500 V) is perfect for installations powering control devices, alarm systems, lighting, and other applications requiring reliable transmission of control signals. Thanks to the flexible construction of the cores (class 5), the cable is easy to install and route, even in tight spaces. A wide range of permissible ambient temperatures (-40°C to +80°C) allows it to be used in various climatic conditions. The approximate outer diameter of the cable is 11.4 mm, and its core resistance at 20°C is 26 Ω/km. The minimum bending radius in fixed installations is 57 mm, and in movable installations without guidance – 114 mm. The reaction to fire class is Fca, which provides an additional level of fire safety.
