Construction and properties

The BiT 500 BLACK OR cable has a construction based on 14 twists, each containing two cores with a cross-section of 0.5 mm². The cores made of copper, class 5 (flexible multi-wire), provide good flexibility and facilitate installation. The insulation made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) effectively protects against the influence of moisture and mechanical damage. Additionally, the cable is oil-resistant according to IEC 60811-404, making it an ideal choice for industrial environments. An important aspect is also its flame retardancy confirmed by IEC 60332-1-2 and IEC 60332-3-24 (cat. C) standards.
