Control cable for demanding applications

The BiT 500 control cable is a flexible solution designed for use in energetic control and protection devices and control circuits. It is suitable for both fixed and mobile installations, indoors and in industrial environments. Thanks to the copper, multi-wire conductors of class 5, the cable is easy to install and provides durable connections. The screen made of metallized foil with an earthing wire minimizes electromagnetic interference, guaranteeing stable signal transmission.

Construction and application

The BiT 500 cable has been designed with versatility in mind. Made of high-quality materials – insulation and PVC coating – it ensures reliable operation over a wide temperature range (from -40°C to +80°C for fixed installations). 10 conductors with a cross-section of 1.5 mm² allow for the transmission of control signals and powering of low-power receivers. Color identification of conductors (colors and numbers) and an earthing wire facilitate correct installation and ensure safety. The cable finds application in industrial machines and equipment, technological lines and wherever flexibility and resistance to external factors are required.
