The BiT 500 cable features a construction based on stranded copper conductors, providing high flexibility and resistance to mechanical damage. The conductors are twisted in pairs, minimizing electromagnetic interference. The insulation made of special PVC guarantees safe use and long-term operation. This cable is used in energy-based control and protection devices, control circuits, and powering portable devices. With a rated voltage of 300/500V, it is suitable for a wide range of applications.

Safety and compliance with standards – peace of mind during installation

The BiT 500 cable meets strict safety standards, including flame retardancy in accordance with IEC 60332-1-2 and IEC 60332-3-24 (cat. C). Additionally, it features low smoke emission in accordance with IEC 61034-2 and is halogen-free in accordance with IEC 60754-2, increasing safety in the event of a fire. The reaction to fire class is Cca, acidity class a1, and burning droplets/particles formation class d0. A foil screen provides additional protection against electromagnetic interference. The minimum bending radius for mobile installations is 93 mm, and for fixed installations 46.5 mm, making installation easier in various conditions. The conductor resistance at 20°C is 19.5 Ω/km.
