Construction and Properties

The YnTKSY cable features a design ensuring high fire resistance. It contains copper conductors insulated with PVC, twisted into pairs and then bundled together. The entire assembly is enclosed in a flame-retardant PVC sheath compliant with EN 60332-1-2 and EN 60332-3-24 standards, with an oxygen index exceeding 29. This ensures the cable will not propagate fire during a fire event. The use of solid Class 1 copper conductors guarantees stable signal transmission. Wire color coding complies with PN-92/T-90320 (90321), facilitating identification during installation.

Electrical and Mechanical Parameters

The cable operates at a working voltage up to 150V and withstands dielectric tests at AC 1500V and DC 2250V. Insulation resistance exceeds 200 MΩ·km, ensuring minimal signal loss. For 1 mm² conductors, loop resistance per kilometer is maximum 48 Ω. Capacitance is maximum 120 nF/km, and inductance is approximately 0.7 mH/km. The minimum bending radius is 10 times the outer diameter—critical for installation in confined spaces. The cable holds a CNBOP PIB certification confirming compliance with safety standards. Additionally, it is RoHS certified (2015/863/EU), indicating the absence of hazardous substances in its composition.
