Copper cores ensure good electrical conductivity, and PVC insulation protects against short circuits and mechanical damage. Color-coded cores make it easier to connect correctly during installation. The cable does not have armor or shielding, making it a good choice for installations inside buildings where strong electromagnetic interference does not occur.

The YKY 5x4.0 cable is used in electrical installations in residential, commercial and industrial buildings. It will be perfect in circuits powering devices with medium power consumption. It meets the EN 60332-1-2 standard confirming its flame-retardant properties – important for the safety of the installation. The cable has a protective conductor, which further increases the level of safety.
