It features a short bending radius, saving space and providing an aesthetically pleasing installation. The single-socket design with an EPDM gasket ensures a tight seal and easy installation.

The bend is compatible with pipes with a nominal diameter of DN 100 and has socket connections – typical for the EuroPipe system. This solution eliminates the need for welding, reducing installation time and costs.

Design and materials

The bend is made of thin-walled AISI-304 (1.4301) steel sheet, providing an optimal strength-to-weight ratio. This steel contains at least 18% chromium and 8% nickel, guaranteeing its corrosion resistance and resistance to many chemical substances. The EPDM gasket provides flexibility and a tight connection, adapting to the unevenness of the pipe surfaces. The EuroPipe system offers a wide selection of pipe diameters and fittings (40, 50, 75, 82, 110, 125, 160, 200, 250 and 315mm) and standard pipe lengths from 150mm to 6000mm – giving great freedom in installation design.
