Construction and materials

The key element of this hatch is its solid construction. Made of stainless steel with a thickness of 2 mm (depending on the manufacturer), it guarantees resistance to loads and deformation during assembly and use. Stainless steel grade 1.4301 (AISI 304) provides resistance to weathering and corrosion, which translates into a long product life. Internal reinforcement of the flap with rods further increases its stability. The hatch's tightness is ensured by an EPDM gasket, which, under the weight of the hatch, perfectly adheres to the frame, eliminating the risk of water or gas leaks.

It is also possible to manufacture a hatch with non-standard dimensions or made of stainless steel grade 1.4301 (AISI316) for applications requiring even greater corrosion resistance.
