The inspection hatch with dimensions of 600x600 mm is a reliable infrastructure element, used in pedestrian routes, as well as in places requiring access to underground installations. Made of stainless steel, it ensures durability and corrosion resistance, even in harsh weather conditions. It is a versatile product, useful for both professional installers and end users.
Construction and materials
The key element of this hatch is its construction – solid stainless steel 1.4301 (AISI 304) with a thickness of 3.5 mm guarantees stability and strength. The use of this grade of steel ensures resistance to weathering and corrosion, which translates into a long product life. In addition, the hatch is equipped with hinges and a lock with a key – also made of stainless steel – which increases its safety and functionality. It is worth mentioning that the hatch can be filled with concrete to increase its strength, and the inside of the flap is reinforced with bars.
Dimensions and mounting
The external dimensions of the hatch frame are 680 x 680 mm, the entrance dimension is 600 x 600 mm, and the cover is 620 x 620 mm. It should be remembered that the entrance dimension is usually about 20 mm smaller than the cover dimension. The set includes four anchors for mounting the frame, which facilitates proper installation. It is also possible to make the hatch to individual order, adjusting its dimensions to specific investment needs. Additionally, it is possible to use expanded clay concrete as a filling to reduce the weight of the hatch without losing strength.
Additional information and options
In addition to the standard version, optional equipment is available: protective grates, drainage inlets, double sealing (providing complete water and gas tightness), lifting handles and anti-theft protection. It is also possible to order a hatch with actuators or made of stainless steel 1.4301 (AISI316) or other noble materials.
