Quick and tool‑free pipe and conduit installation
ABT multi‑size holder 20–25 mm automatically clamps when the pipe is pressed – no screws, clamps or additional tools required. The snap mechanism provides a secure yet flexible pipe wrap, absorbing thermal expansion. In other words: less work, fewer errors, less installation time – especially when working with copper, CPVC or PVC pipes in hot‑ and cold‑water systems.
Operates in extreme conditions and on various substrates
Made of polyamide PA6 with an elastomer additive, the holder is resistant to UV, moisture, chemicals and impacts. It can run continuously at temperatures up to 90 °C (194 °F), and its tensile and axial strength have been validated by UL and KIWA. Installation is possible on concrete, concrete blocks, solid brick and steel – without needing to recalculate loads for each material. For soft substrates (e.g., blocks), load capacity depends on the nail or screw; for hard substrates – on the holder itself.
Compatible with installer mounting systems
It can be fastened using:
gas nail guns AG20 or FORCE ONE+
screws 4.5 mm diameter, 35–45 mm length
FX 6 anchors
channels E2000PB, E2000PG or 1000PVC
Approved as part of the FORCE ONE+ system with XHA nails – meaning full compliance with the ETA standard for gas installations. No need to mix with other components: a ready‑to‑use solution for installers who want to avoid incompatibility risks.
One piece – three pipe diameters
No need to stock several sizes. The holder accommodates pipes from 20 mm to 25 mm – i.e., standard copper DN15–DN20, CPVC or PVC. This reduces the number of parts on the rack and eliminates selection errors during installation.
Halogen‑free, hassle‑free
The product is halogen‑free – important for installations in areas requiring low smoke and corrosive‑gas emissions during fire (e.g., public buildings, hotels). The black colour (RAL 9011) is fade‑resistant under sunlight.
