Automatically closing holder, designed for pipes 35–42 mm

The ABT 942ABT holder closes automatically when the pipe is inserted – it requires no manual tightening or additional tools. This means fewer movements, less time and a lower risk of error during installation, especially with a large number of mounting points.

It is made of modified polyamide 6 with elastomer – this material absorbs the pipe’s thermal expansion, reducing stresses in the system and preventing damage during cyclic heating and cooling. It operates stably at temperatures up to 90 °C, making it suitable for both hot‑water installations and heating systems.

It can be mounted in many ways:

• using FORCE ONE+ type fasteners with XHA nails (approved as a complete ETA system)

• with screws or bolts – e.g., FX Ø6 + screw 4.5×35/45

• in channels E2000PB, E2000PG or 1000PVC

• in concrete, concrete blocks, solid brick and steel

It has been approved by UL and KIWA, confirming its safety in sanitary and electrical installations. The radial load capacity is up to 83.7 lb (≈38 kg) and the axial capacity up to 41.8 lb (≈19 kg) at 23 °C. At higher temperatures (up to 90 °C) shorter spacing between holders is recommended – up to 2.3 m horizontally and 3.3 m vertically.

It is black (RAL 9011), UV‑resistant, halogen‑free and RoHS‑compliant. It contains no halogens – an important factor in the event of a fire.

One holder covers three pipe diameters: 35–42 mm – you do not need several types on site. This single unit is sufficient.

It works with most gas nail guns on the market – no need to purchase specialized equipment.

It has two base marks – they facilitate alignment even with slight surface deviations.
