Segment anchor BA plus for concrete and wooden structures
The BAP 10×145 anchor is a solution intended for permanent fastening in uncracked concrete – approved by ETA (option 7), which guarantees predictability and safety under static loads. It is ideal both for installers who need precise and fast installation and for end users for whom a durable connection is essential.
High hardness and thread precision result from cold forming – the screw does not deform during insertion, and the thread retains full functionality even after multiple installations. The long thread (145 mm) allows flexible adaptation to the thickness of the mounted elements, especially when installing in wooden structures with a thick panel or frame.
A large washer (compliant with ISO 7094 / DIN 440) distributes the load over a larger area, reducing the risk of wood damage – particularly when fastening heat‑sensitive or delicate materials. A yellow marker on the anchor body visually indicates the optimal embedment depth – no measurement is needed, just see when the anchor is correctly installed.
The rounded expanding cone eases insertion of the anchor into the hole, even with slight deviations or imperfectly drilled holes. Thread protection during insertion prevents damage – no need to clean or repair the thread before tightening the screw.
Installation requires a torque of 30 Nm and a 17 mm wrench. Minimum thickness of the mounted element is 70 mm, and the distance from the concrete edge should be at least 90 mm – these values are designed to avoid concrete spalling under load.
For the installer: quick installation, no need for additional depth‑measurement tools, uniform quality.
For the user: durable connection without risk of pull‑out under load – even with large vertical and transverse forces.
