Segment anchor BA plus for uncracked concrete

Anchor BAP 10x125 is a solution designed for fixing wooden structures and other elements to uncracked concrete. Its design allows stable and safe securing even under higher vertical and transverse loads – especially useful when installing frames, floors, ceilings or load‑bearing structures.

High precision results from cold‑formed screw and thread, guaranteeing durability and wear resistance. The internal expansion cone has a rounded shape – facilitating insertion of the anchor into the hole, even with slightly inaccurate drilling or minor axis deviations.

Installation and functionality

The long thread (125 mm) provides flexibility during installation – it allows adaptation to the thickness of the material being fixed without needing to change the anchor. The washer with a diameter of 34 mm (compliant with ISO 7094 / DIN 440) distributes the load over a larger area, reducing the risk of damage to wood or other materials.

The yellow marker on the anchor body indicates the optimal embedment depth – the installer sees immediately when the anchor has reached the proper position. This eliminates installation errors and ensures repeatable results. The thread is protected during driving – it is not damaged by hammer blows.

Compliance and application

The anchor has ETA approval (Option 7) for concrete C20/25 – meaning its load parameters are confirmed by a European technical assessment. Load values are verified and based on laboratory tests: maximum axial force is 7.6 kN, transverse – 8.5 kN. For safety, the minimum thickness of the attached material is 50 mm, and the distance from the edge must not be less than 90 mm.

Application: fixing wooden beams to concrete floors, installing load‑bearing frames, installing partitions in masonry buildings, fixing structural elements in ceilings and foundations. Not suitable for cracked concrete or natural stone.
