The BAP 12x180 anchor is a mounting component designed for permanent and secure fastening in uncracked concrete—particularly where high load capacity and precision are required. High hardness and precise threading result from cold forging, ensuring durability even under repeated installation and removal. The long thread (180 mm) allows flexible adaptation to the thickness of the attached element, while the rounded expansion cone facilitates insertion, even under challenging through-hole conditions.

The yellow marker on the anchor body indicates the optimal insertion depth—eliminating installation errors and ensuring the anchor achieves full load capacity. Threads are protected during driving, reducing the risk of damage and simplifying subsequent screw tightening.

Certified under ETA Option 7, this anchor complies with European standards for C20/25 concrete. Load values have been verified: this anchor withstands up to 11.4 kN axial force and 9.5 kN shear force—making it suitable for heavy-duty applications such as timber beams, rails, or load-bearing frames.
