BAP 16x150 Anchor – solid anchoring in uncracked concrete

The anchor is designed for durable and safe fixing in uncracked concrete, with ETA Option 7 approval – meaning its load capacity has been verified and approved by the European Technical Assessment. This is a key parameter for installers who require compliance guarantees, as well as for investors who want to avoid the risk of improper anchoring.

High tensile load capacity (12.7 kN) and shear load capacity (14.6 kN) in C20/25 concrete allow safe fastening of heavy structures – from wooden frames to steel girders. The installation torque value of 90 Nm is matched to standard tools – no special equipment is needed, but precise tightening is required.

The rounded expansion cone facilitates driving the anchor even in difficult conditions – it reduces resistance during drilling and ensures an even distribution of forces. The long M16 thread (30 mm) provides flexibility for installation on various material thicknesses – from thin sheets to thick boards or wooden beams. The washer with a 56 mm diameter (compliant with ISO 7094/DIN 440) spreads the load over a large area, reducing the risk of cracking wood or concrete.

The yellow installation depth marker (85 mm effective embedment depth) acts as a visual limit – once reached, it indicates that the anchor is correctly installed. This reduces installation errors and eliminates the need for additional measurements. Thread protection during insertion prevents damage – there is no need to clean or repair the thread before tightening the bolt.

Required hole depth: 110 mm. Minimum edge distance: 100 mm. Minimum spacing between anchors: 255 mm. These values are mandatory – exceeding them reduces load capacity. When fastening to wood, the washer is essential; do not install without it.

The anchor is made of galvanized steel – resistant to corrosion in dry and moderately humid conditions. It is not suitable for direct contact with seawater or aggressive chemical environments.
