BAP 8x115 Anchor – solid anchoring in uncracked concrete
The BAP 8x115 anchor is a solution designed for durable and safe fastening of structures in uncracked concrete, approved by the European Technical Assessment ETA (option 7). Its design is optimized for both the installer and the end‑user – it requires no special tools, and the installation is predictable and controlled.
High manufacturing precision results from cold‑forming the bolt and thread, providing lasting load resistance. The rounded expansion cone eases driving the anchor even in difficult conditions, and the long threading (115 mm) allows flexible adaptation to the thickness of the material being fastened – ideal for mounting wooden structures, sheets, or other thicker elements.
A yellow marker on the anchor shaft indicates the installation depth. The installer can immediately see when the anchor has been driven to the correct depth (45 mm effective), eliminating the risk of under‑ or over‑driving. The threads are protected during insertion – they do not get damaged or clogged with dust.
The anchor is made of hot‑dip‑galvanized steel, ensuring corrosion resistance in humid environments. For wooden constructions, a large washer compliant with ISO 7094 (DIN 440) is available, distributing the load and preventing wood crushing. The installation torque is 15 Nm – a standard 13 mm wrench is sufficient.
Load values are certified: in C20/25 concrete the anchor withstands up to 7.1 kN tension and 7.1 kN shear, making it suitable for heavy elements such as wooden frames, gate brackets, roof structures, or machine mounting.
Minimum hole depth is 60 mm, and the distance from the concrete edge should be at least 50 mm. For through‑installation (e.g., through wood into concrete) the thickness of the material being fastened may reach up to 50 mm – without the need for additional components.
No special substrate preparation is required. Drill with a standard 9 mm drill bit – there is no need for carbide‑tipped bits or special hole‑cleaning techniques. Simply clear the dust and drive the anchor.
This tool is for those who want to work quickly without compromises. There is no room for “hit‑or‑miss” – everything is designed so that the result is the same regardless of who installs it.
