BAP anchor 8x50 – solid concrete fastening with precise installation

BA plus segment anchor 8x50 is designed for durable and safe fastening in uncracked concrete – especially where high reliability and precision are required. Its construction, based on cold‑formed screw and thread, guarantees high hardness and load resistance, making it suitable both for installers and for structures demanding long‑term stability.

High load capacity – up to 7.3 kN in tension and 6.5 kN in shear – enables safe fastening of heavy elements such as wooden frames, cable trays or load‑bearing structures. A specially designed rounded expansion cone facilitates insertion of the anchor even in difficult through‑hole installation conditions – it does not jam or seize.

The long M8 thread (50 mm length) provides flexibility during installation – it can be used with both thin and thick attached elements. The 16 mm diameter washer complies with ISO 7094 (DIN 440), distributing the load over a larger area and preventing damage to the substrate.

A yellow marker on the anchor body is a practical feature for the installer: it allows easy determination of the correct embedment depth – no manual measuring or guessing required. The threads are protected during insertion, eliminating the risk of damaging the internal part before tightening the screw.

The ETA Option 7 certificate confirms compliance with European standards for uncracked concrete – it is not only a document but a guarantee that the anchors have been tested and approved by an independent technical body. There is no room for guesswork – everything has been verified and calculated.

Installation is simple: Ø8 mm hole, insertion to a depth of 40 mm (minimum effective depth 25 mm), tighten to a torque of 15 Nm. No additional tools or specialized knowledge are required – a standard screwdriver with a 13 mm socket is sufficient.
