Segment anchor BA plus 8x75 – solid fastening in concrete, compliant with ETA approval

The BAP 8x75 anchor is a solution intended for durable and safe fastening in uncracked concrete – especially useful when installing wooden structures. It has been designed with construction‑site practice in mind, where not only strength but also speed, precision and resistance to installation errors matter.

High axial and shear load capacity results from the optimal geometry of the expanding cone and cold‑formed thread and screw – providing uniform hardness and durability. ETA approval (option 7) confirms its compliance with European requirements for concrete C20/25, and the CNBOP certificate guarantees its approval for use in Poland.

Installation is simple: the yellow marker on the screw indicates the exact embedment depth – no measuring required. The thread is protected during driving, and its 75 mm length allows flexible adaptation to the thickness of the mounted element – even if the wood is thicker than the standard 10 mm. The 16 mm diameter washer meets ISO 7094 (DIN 440), distributes the load and prevents cracking in the wood.

For the installer: a tightening torque of 15 Nm is well defined and easily achieved with a 13 mm wrench. For the end user: no movement, no play – the fastening works as a single unit for years.
