Anchor BAZ 10x102 galvanized – solution for difficult mounting locations

Segment anchor BAZ 10x102 galvanized is designed for structural fastening in concrete, both in damaged and intact condition. Its design allows safe use even in areas with limited edge clearance – the minimum required clearance is 50 mm, which greatly expands mounting possibilities in tight spaces.

Long thread (102 mm) provides flexibility during installation – it allows adjustment of embedment depth to the thickness of the target element, even when a larger clearance from the concrete surface is required. This is especially useful when fastening thin sheets, profiles or assembled components.

An advantage is the low force needed to set the anchor – the installer does not have to apply high torque, reducing the risk of concrete damage during insertion. For this anchor the installation torque is 20 Nm, which is compatible with typical hand and battery tools.

The ETA certificate confirms its proven strength in C20/25 concrete:

• Axial load (tension): 4.8 kN in damaged concrete, 7.9 kN in intact concrete
• Shear load: 13.1 kN in damaged concrete, 13.1 kN in intact concrete These values include appropriate safety factors and account for seismic influence (category C1).

The anchor is made of galvanized steel – corrosion‑resistant in interior conditions and moderate humidity. No additional surface protection is required when installed in dry or semi‑dry environments.

ETA approval and CNBOP certification guarantee compliance with European technical standards. One anchor fits various concrete grades – there is no need to select different types based on compressive‑strength class. This simplifies logistics and reduces the risk of purchasing errors.

Installation requires only a hole with a diameter of 10 mm and a depth of at least 75 mm. No special tools are needed – a hammer drill and an M10 wrench are sufficient. After inserting the anchor, simply tighten the screw – the process is quick and does not generate vibrations transmitted to the surrounding concrete.
