BAZ 10x102 Anchor, A4 steel – solution for demanding installation conditions

Segment anchor BAZ 10x102 made of A4 steel provides corrosion resistance, making it suitable for use in humid, aggressive or outdoor environments. Its design is engineered for work in concrete – both cracked and uncracked – thanks to European ETA approval and CNBOP certification, which confirm its safety and reliability.

The long thread (102 mm) allows flexible adjustment of embedment depth to the thickness of the mounted element, facilitating installation where a larger edge distance or avoidance of reinforcement is required. High load capacity at low edge and axis distances enables secure fixing even in confined spaces.

Installation requires a hole 10 mm in diameter and at least 75 mm deep. Minimum edge distance is 50 mm, and minimum spacing between anchors is 55 mm. These values comply with the permissible parameters for M10 and must not be exceeded.

A4 steel does not require additional surface protection – it is ready for use in conditions exposed to moisture, salt or chemicals. One anchor fits various concrete types thanks to broad technical approval – no need to select different models for different substrates.
