BAZ 10x132 galvanized anchor – solution for difficult mounting locations

The BAZ 10x132 galvanized segment anchor is a structural anchoring element for concrete, designed for use in confined spaces. Its design allows safe application with a minimum edge distance — 50 mm — making it useful where other anchors cannot be installed.

A long thread of 132 mm provides flexibility during installation: you can adjust the embedment depth to match the thickness of the attached element or to avoid obstacles in the concrete. This is especially useful for repairs, upgrades, or installations in old structures.

The anchor requires a hole with a diameter of 12 mm and a minimum depth of 75 mm. The installation torque is 20 Nm — a 17 mm wrench is sufficient, without the need for specialized equipment. High load capacity (up to 4.8 kN in cracked concrete C20/25) ensures stability even under dynamic loads.

Compliant with the European ETA approval, certified by CNBOP — it operates reliably in both intact and cracked concrete. This means you do not need to verify concrete quality on site: the anchor performs equally well in older and newer material.

Minimum base element thickness is 120 mm — it cannot be installed on thin plates or panels below this value. If the thickness is lower, the load capacity decreases and installation becomes unsafe.

Galvanizing provides corrosion resistance in moderately humid environments — suitable for indoor and outdoor installations, but not for contact with seawater or continuous moisture.
