BAZ 10x60 A4 steel anchor – precise concrete fastening with verified strength

Segment anchor BAZ 10x60 made of A4 steel is a component intended for durable and safe fastening in concrete, especially where corrosion resistance is required. Its design allows easy setting – the required expansion force is significantly lower than in traditional anchors, facilitating installation in tight spaces and difficult installation conditions.

The long M10 thread provides flexibility during installation, allowing adaptation to varying thicknesses of the mounted element without the need for precise hole‑depth adjustment. This is especially useful when working with elements of irregular thickness or in situations where controlling drilling depth is difficult.

The product has European approval ETA and CNBOP certification, meaning its parameters are verified for cracked and uncracked concrete – including under seismic loads. This is not a typical anchor – it is a solution approved by an independent technical institution.

High load values and a low minimum edge distance allow safe fastening even in space‑restricted areas – e.g., at the edges of slabs, walls or thin constructions. All parameters are based on real tests, not theoretical assumptions.

Installation requires a hole with a diameter of 10 mm and a depth of at least 38 mm. The permissible tightening torque is 20 Nm – a standard wrench with an M10 thread is sufficient. No special equipment or additional tools are required.

The anchor is intended exclusively for concrete. It is not suitable for dense natural stone – for M10 there is no approval for this material, even though smaller threads (M8) are limitedly approved.
