BAZ 10x112 A4 steel anchor – solution for difficult installation locations

Segment anchor BAZ 10x112 made of A4 steel provides corrosion resistance in humid, marine or industrial environments — without the need for additional surface protection. Its design allows stable locking in both sound and cracked concrete, which is confirmed by ETA approval and CNBOP certification.

The anchor length of 112 mm offers flexibility during installation — it enables adjustment of embedment depth while maintaining a minimum clearance from the concrete edge of 50 mm. This is crucial when working in tight spaces where other elements are not permitted. High load capacity allows safe structural fastening even with limited spacing.

Installation requires only a standard 17 mm wrench and a tightening torque of 20 Nm — no specialized equipment or additional materials are needed. This value is specified for this particular size (M10 A4) and cannot be applied to other diameters.

The anchor is approved for seismic loading applications (category C1), making it suitable for construction in earthquake‑risk zones. One anchor fits various types of concrete — there is no need to select different types depending on the material class.
