BAZ 10×132 Anchor – solution for demanding installation conditions
The BAZ 10×132 anchor made of A4 steel is designed for fastening in concrete in corrosion‑exposed environments — e.g., swimming pools, marine structures or industrial halls. Its segmental construction allows stable attachment in both cracked and intact concrete, and the ETA certification confirms its proven resistance to static and seismic loads.
The long thread (132 mm) enables flexible adjustment of embedment depth, facilitating installation when edge clearances are limited or reinforcement must be avoided. Minimum edge distance is 50 mm, and the minimum thickness of the attached element is 10 mm. This means the anchor can be used even for fastening thin sheets or profiles without additional shims.
The segmental system acts as an automatic expansion device — it requires less tightening torque than traditional anchors, reducing installation time and the risk of concrete damage. For the A4 M10 version, the recommended tightening torque is 20 Nm, corresponding to a standard 17 mm wrench.
In C20/25 concrete:
Maximum tensile force: 3.6 kN (cracked), 6.3 kN (intact)
Maximum shear force: 9.7 kN (both concrete types)
These values are confirmed by ETA approval and apply exclusively to the A4‑steel version. No adhesive or additional components are required — the operation is purely mechanical.
ETA and CNBOP certificates guarantee compliance with European standards. This is one of the few anchors in its class that has approval for all concrete types — from weak to high‑strength — without needing to change the anchor type.
In practice: if you need to fasten elements to concrete in aggressive conditions and space is limited, this anchor provides a safe and reliable connection without compromises.
