Segmental anchor BAZ 12x128 made of stainless steel A4
The BAZ 12x128 anchor is a solution for situations where heavy elements must be fixed in concrete and the available space is limited. Thanks to its special segmental construction, it works in both cracked and uncracked concrete — without the need for additional tests or installation restrictions. This is a key advantage when working in old buildings or where reinforcement cannot be avoided.
The long thread (128 mm) allows flexible adaptation to the thickness of the mounted element — even if the washer or construction is thicker than usual. There is no need to look for another anchor, as this single model handles gaps from 30 mm and up. In practice, this means fewer changes to the installation plan and faster work.
High load capacity is not just theory. In C20/25 concrete the anchor withstands up to 3.6 kN in tension and 10.3 kN in shear — values certified by ETA and CNBOP. This is not a “good” result — it is a result that can be used in design without additional safety factors.
Installation is simpler than with other segmental anchors: the force required for expansion is much lower. No heavy pressing on the wrench is needed — a standard 19 mm wrench and a careful turn are sufficient. This reduces the risk of damaging the concrete when installing in thin walls or near edges.
The minimum edge distance is 55 mm, and the minimum spacing between anchors is 60 mm. These values are not suggestions — they are requirements from the certificate. If you exceed them, the load capacity remains full. If you do not meet them — you risk failure.
A4 steel (1.4401) provides corrosion resistance — ideal for outdoor installations, humid rooms, or areas exposed to chemicals. No worries about coatings or additional protection.
The ETA certificate is more than paperwork. It means the product has been tested for dynamic loads, including seismic (class C1). In other words, if the structure is later subjected to vibrations or shocks, the anchor will stay in place.
There is no room for compromise here: neither “maybe it will work” nor “that should be enough”. This tool is designed for those who demand precision and safety.
