BAZ 6x40 A4 steel anchor – solution for difficult installation locations

The BAZ 6x40 segment anchor made of stainless steel A4 is intended for fastening in concrete where corrosion resistance is required. Its design allows safe use in both intact and cracked concrete — making it useful in renovations and upgrades where the substrate structure may already be damaged.

ETA approval confirms its compliance with European safety standards — the only official certification for this type of anchor, guaranteeing its proven load capacity under seismic conditions (category C1). One BAZ model fits all concrete types — no need to select different anchors for different substrates, reducing installation errors and simplifying logistics.

The effective embedment depth is 25 mm — sufficient for stable fixing even in thin elements. The long M6 thread enables flexible adjustment of embedment depth to the thickness of the mounted element without needing precise anchor length selection.

Installation requires drilling a hole with a diameter of 6 mm. The tightening torque is 7 Nm — the value specified by the manufacturer for size M6. A 10 mm wrench is sufficient for tightening. Do not use larger holes or higher torques — this may damage the anchor structure or the substrate.
