Segmental anchor BA plus for concrete and wooden structures

Anchor BAP 10x175 is a mounting element designed for durable and safe fastening in uncracked concrete – approved by ETA Option 7, confirming its proven strength under service conditions. It is ideal where precision, high load capacity and installation flexibility are required.

The long M10 thread allows free adjustment of the thickness of the attached element – without the need to replace the anchor for a difference of a few millimetres. This is especially useful when installing wooden structures, where the thickness of a beam or floor may vary slightly. The large washer with a diameter of 34 mm (compliant with ISO 7094 / DIN 440) distributes the load over a larger area, minimizing the risk of damage to the wood.

A yellow marker on the anchor body provides a practical installation aid – it indicates the exact embedment depth, preventing errors and ensuring the optimal effective embedment depth (hef = 50 mm). The rounded expansion cone facilitates insertion of the anchor into the hole, even in through‑installation – the parts do not jam or seize.

High hardness and thread precision result from cold forming – there are no defects caused by heat treatment. Corrosion resistance is provided by a zinc coating (galvanizing), making the anchor suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications with moderate humidity.

Installation requires only a correctly sized hole with a diameter of 10 mm and a depth of at least 65 mm. The permissible tightening torque is 30 Nm – a standard 17 mm wrench is sufficient. No additional tools or adhesives are required.

Load values have been verified for concrete C20/25: tensile capacity is 7.6 kN and shear capacity is 8.5 kN. When maintaining the minimum edge distance (Cmin = 90 mm) and spacing from other anchors (Scr = 120 mm), the anchor fully complies with the certification. For smaller distances, the capacity must be reduced.

This solution is for the installer who needs something that works without complications: nothing extra has to be added, nothing has to be measured beyond the hole depth. For the end user – it guarantees that the fastening will not detach or loosen.
