Black Polyamide 6.6 Cable Tie, Halogen-Free and UV-Resistant

Made from pure nylon (polyamide 6.6), this tie contains no halogens or silicone, making it safe for installations where toxic fumes during overheating must be avoided. The black color not only hides dirt but also provides excellent UV resistance — ideal for outdoor installations or areas exposed to sunlight.

The rounded tip ensures smooth insertion into the head without snagging, speeding up installation and reducing the risk of damage during tightening. Once secured, it forms a tight loop that evenly distributes load — securely holding cables or pipes without over-tensioning them.

With a holding strength of up to 110 kg, it is suitable for securing thick bundles of cables, PVC pipes, steel conduits, or industrial hoses up to 315 mm in diameter. It maintains performance across a wide temperature range: -40°C to +85°C, without loss of flexibility or strength. Minimum installation temperature is -10°C — no pre-warming required in winter conditions.

Certified to UL and ROHS standards, ensuring compliance with international safety and environmental regulations. No special tools needed — simply tighten by hand. Packaged in quantities of 100 per plastic bag, easy to store and distribute on-site.
