Large metal clamp CH 85x55 mm – solution for cable fastening in fire and signal installations

Clamp made of steel, with a gray coating and fire resistance (E90), designed for simultaneous fastening of many cables – from signal and telecommunications to fire cables. Side latch facilitates insertion and routing of cables without the need to strip them, reducing installation time and minimizing risk of insulation damage.

It can be mounted on concrete, solid brick, concrete blocks, wood and steel structural beams. For fastening, a concrete screw BTS, a screw anchor or a dowel with AW washer is sufficient – no special equipment required. Recommended spacing between mounting points is 30–60 cm, ensuring stable cable support even under higher loads.

Compliant with the national technical assessment CNBOP – meaning it meets requirements for fire‑cable systems in public buildings and high‑security facilities. It can be used in circuits with up to 60 cables of 6 mm diameter, 40 cables of 8 mm diameter or 28 cables of 10 mm diameter – allowing compact and organized routing of many conductors at a single point.

It does not contain built‑in tipi elements (integrated screws), so installation is flexible – the mounting method depends on the substrate and installation conditions. Package contains 50 pieces – suitable for large construction projects or renovations.
