Beam clamp for steel beams – no drilling or welding

The PMV clamp with an M10 thread enables quick and safe mounting of threaded rods to steel beams — without the need for drilling, welding, or installing additional components. It is a solution dedicated to installers who need a solid, ready‑made suspension point in sanitary, ventilation, or electrical circuits.

Made of cast iron, with a hardened steel screw and a galvanized nut conforming to DIN933 class 8.8, it provides high strength for static and dynamic loads. The construction is monolithic and pressed — free of typical casting defects, which increases reliability in service conditions.

Maximum beam thickness that can be clamped is 26 mm. Dimensions are matched to typical structural profiles: width 21 mm, length 50 mm, height 42 mm — compact enough not to interfere with installation space.

The M10 thread allows direct suspension of threaded rods — ideal for hanging heating pipes, ventilation ducts, air‑conditioning conduits, or sprinkler systems. The screw and nut are galvanized — corrosion resistance is ensured even in humid environments.

Approval from CNBOP and ITB confirms compliance with Polish safety requirements for mounting systems in construction. No additional certification is required — proper installation is sufficient.
