Quick installation and silent operation – no compromises
Clamp 915RIF is a solution designed for installers who want to save time without compromising quality. The quick‑locking mechanism with a single screw – with a combined hex head (slot + wrench) – allows closing the clamp in half the time compared with traditional clamps with two screws. This is not just convenience: it reduces the number of tools at the workstation and lowers the risk of error during installation.
Rubber EPDM washer not only dampens vibrations but meets acoustic insulation requirements according to DIN 4109. In practice: pipe noise in walls is not heard, even with high‑velocity water flow. The washer is aging‑resistant and operates stably in the temperature range from -50 °C to +110 °C – thus safe for heating and domestic hot water systems.
Fire resistance and robust construction
The clamp meets fire‑resistance class B2 according to DIN 4102 – meaning it does not promote fire spread in case of fire. This is not a marketing add‑on: in residential and public buildings such approval matters during technical inspections.
Made of high‑quality steel, the clamp has double reinforcing ribs – providing durability under static and dynamic loads. The nut is solidly welded, eliminating the risk of it loosening due to vibrations or thermal expansion.
ITB approval confirms that the product has been verified by the Polish Institute of Building Technology – not just general conformity with standards, but a specific, proven application in sanitary and heating systems.
For the installer – simplicity; for the user – silence
No need to look for additional acoustic insulation or mount two screws. One movable screw, one press – and the clamp is ready. High load capacity (80 kg) allows safe mounting of copper and plastic pipes with a diameter of 12–14 mm (equivalent to 1/4”).
The dimensions are matched to standard pipes: length 45 mm, height 46 mm, width 20 mm – fitting perfectly in the space between walls or in ventilation ducts. No additional washers or specialized tools are required.
