Obejma 935RIF is designed to reduce installation time by about 30 % compared with traditional two‑screw clamps. The quick‑clamping mechanism with a single closing element – a combined hex‑head screw (slot + head) – allows a one‑time, safe and precise tightening without the need for two tools. This is especially useful in hard‑to‑reach locations or high‑volume assembly.

The EPDM rubber insert not only dampens vibrations and reduces noise in accordance with DIN 4109, but also provides hermetic sealing and protects the pipe surface from mechanical damage. The silicone gasket, suitable for high temperatures, does not age or become brittle even after prolonged heat exposure – making the clamp suitable for both heating systems and domestic hot water.

Fire resistance and structural stability

The clamp meets DIN 4102 requirements, class B2 – indicating limited combustibility and the ability to resist fire spread in case of a fire. This is a key parameter for installations in residential and public buildings where fire safety is mandatory.

The high‑quality steel construction features double reinforcing ribs – providing rigidity and load‑bearing capacity even under higher stresses. The mechanical support is designed not to deform under long‑term loading. The nut is solidly welded, eliminating the risk of loosening due to vibration or thermal expansion.
