The closed clamp U 20mm (920U) is a metal construction designed for stable fastening of plastic, steel, or multi-layer pipes. Its key feature – the double rib – extends all the way to the clamping angle, significantly increasing resistance to bending and preventing deformation under load. This is not just durability – it ensures installation stability in locations where the pipe may be exposed to external forces.

It can be mounted on concrete using a BTS-5 screw or a nylon threaded anchor NP 6x40. Both mounting types are proven in practice and provide a durable connection without the need for additional reinforcement.

Dimensions are tailored for pipes with a diameter of 15–25 mm – this is not an approximation but the exact range for which the clamp was designed. The distance between holes is 20 mm, and the overall height is 23.1 mm. The sheet thickness is 1.2 mm – sufficient to prevent sagging under the weight of a water-filled pipe, yet lightweight for installation.

The clamp length is 56 mm – ideal for most standard installations in residential and commercial buildings. The material is galvanized steel, ensuring corrosion resistance in humid conditions, such as kitchens or bathrooms.

Installation is simple: the clamp is slid onto the pipe and then screwed into the substrate. No specialized tools are required – just a screwdriver and the appropriate anchor. Important note: do not use anchors other than the specified BTS-5 or NP 6x40 – others may not provide the same load-bearing capacity.
