The 925U clamp is a steel component with electrolytic galvanization, designed for secure fastening of pipes with a 25 mm diameter. Its double-rib construction extends all the way to the clamping angle – this not only increases rigidity but also significantly reduces the risk of bending under mechanical loads, which is crucial for installations in areas exposed to vibrations or horizontal forces.

It can be mounted directly to concrete using a BTS4-5 screw or an NP nylon anchor. Both mounting types are compatible with existing installation solutions, facilitating integration into existing systems without the need to change tools or work methods.

Dimensions are optimized for practical installation: length 68.5 mm, width 16 mm, and height 24 mm ensure stable positioning while maintaining compactness. The distance between holes is 20 mm – sufficient to ensure even load distribution, yet not so large as to limit mounting flexibility.

Applications include not only metal and PVC pipes, but also multi-layer pipes and cables – an ideal choice where rigidity must be combined with ease of installation. The sheet thickness (1.2 mm) provides sufficient resistance to deformation while remaining lightweight – it does not overload the structure and does not bend under normal operating conditions.
