Metal Pipe Clamp 40mm with Double Rib

The 940U clamp is a steel construction with electrolytic galvanization, designed for secure fastening of pipes with a diameter of 40–42 mm. Its key feature – the double rib – extends all the way to the clamping angle, significantly increasing bending resistance and preventing pipe slippage under load. This is not just a fastener but also a stabilizer that performs reliably even under dynamic thermal or mechanical loads.

It can be mounted directly onto concrete using a BTS4-5 screw or an NP nylon anchor. Both mounting types are proven in practical installation – they require no additional components or special tools. Two mounting holes ensure even force distribution and minimize the risk of substrate deformation.

Dimensions are precisely matched: width 20 mm, height 39 mm, length 94 mm – all ensuring compatibility with most installation systems, including gas drop-out units and profiles with a spacing of 10–11 mm. Sheet thickness of 1.2 mm guarantees durability without unnecessary excess mass.

Applications include PVC, multilayer, and steel pipes, as well as cables – in both water/sewage and heating installations. It is halogen-free, ROHS compliant, and operates within a temperature range of -20°C to +100°C after installation.
